How do you measure a fitted sheet?

Remove all sheets from your bed and measure the width and length of your mattress. Then measure the height of your mattress, making sure to include any mattress pads. Write down these measurements. Your fitted sheet should match these measurements or be slightly larger.

Next, measure your fitted sheet. Lay out the sheet to find out which side has the length (the longer side). Measure from one corner to the other to find the length measurement.
